Changes at the VA Pension Center

Now that the VA Pension Office has a new director, does that mean:
a. that substantiated expenses for over-the-counter drugs and
prescription co-pays will be honored in a timely manner?
b. that no further delay for a prompt response to these substantiated
expenses will be employed by way of an appeal process tactic?
c. that instances where mental and physical damage to veterans
caused by delayed response will be less fequent?
d. that the escalated rate of suicide of veterans will decrease or
terminate?
