Community Information & Advisory (CIA) Council

The changes occurring on Planet Earth have made it mandatory for the CIA Council to introduce a new subject that is influencing what is happening in our daily lives. The subject itself should not be unexpected to many of us, but it could be puzzling to others. We are speaking specifically of the religious concept that has been deliberately ignored in our expressions and explanations concerning the increased occurrence of natural disasters and the persistence of human conflict. Please do not be surprised when we begin discussing these matters and incorporating them into our reporting to “We, the People.”
